8 Fun Ways to Prevent Cancer


The American Cancer Society recommends exercising 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week for cancer prevention. 

1. Run 
Walking has many health benefits such as prevention of cancer and other diseases. Could use a treadmill, walk out. If you can find a safe sidewalk, or park, you can walk around the place. Bring headphones and listening to music, or maybe a audiobook. Make it a family event. Exercise is also important for children. And, if your kids are used to, they will never let you forget the time to walk around. 


2. Yoga 
If you have never done yoga before, try to malakukannya. Yoga is a great physical activity and is a great stress reliever. Do not worry if you're not flexible, you will learn according to your free time. Once you learn the basics, you can do the exercises at home in your spare time. 


3. Dance 
Dancing can be a most enjoyable way to meet fitness goals. You can dance in the privacy of your home, or go to the club. There are so many types of dances to learn, choose one that you find most enjoyable. 


4. Roller skates

7. Swimming
